Brittany specialises in leveraged and acquisition finance, public M&A finance, general corporate finance and fund finance.
She regularly advises both lenders and borrowers, including private equity sponsors, on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Brittany has particular expertise in syndicated debt and bilateral loans across various sectors, including retail, industrial, manufacturing, waste services, data centres, financial services, IT, transport, healthcare and childcare.
In 2023, Brittany was a finalist in Lawyers Weekly’s 30 Under 30 Awards.
