Arielle is an environment and planning law specialist, with experience across a broad range of transactional, advisory and litigious matters.
Arielle’s expertise includes advising both government and private sector clients on compulsory acquisition, planning approval pathways, contamination and environmental liability, environmental impact assessments, Aboriginal heritage and native title as well as NSW water law.
She has advised on the delivery of major electricity infrastructure projects and has supported clients in negotiating and administering voluntary planning agreements with the NSW Government and numerous local councils.
Arielle has also represented corporate clients in complex development appeals before the NSW Land and Environment Court, achieving successful outcomes in high-stakes proceedings.
