Led the team that acted for Hitachi Zosen in its capacity as equity sponsor, EPC Contractor and O&M Contractor on Australia’s second energy from waste plant financing and development at East Rockingham in Western Australia.

Laing O’Rourke

Advised on the successful tender for the A$1 billion Central Station Project, which is part of the Sydney Metro Project.

Sydney Desalination Plant

Advised on the A$1.5 billion expansion of the Sydney Desalination Plant, including advice on rebuild contracts and insurance issues and retender of long term O&M contract.


Advised Tesla on the Victorian Big Battery project, Hornsdale Power Reserve Project and its expansion, Lake Bonney, Bulgana and Gannawarra battery storage projects and the South Australian Virtual Power Plant project.


Advised Veolia in its in relation to its tender as project sponsor to the Metropolitan Waste and Resource Recovery Group for the South East Metropolitan Advanced Waste Processing Procurement.

Pelion Green Future Gamma

Led the team who advised on the acquisition of a portfolio of 10 wind and solar farm assets spread across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland at various stages of development.
