Anjani has significant experience working with government and private sector clients on complex real estate, development and infrastructure projects.

Her work spans project delivery structures, development agreements, complex agreements for lease and leasing transactions as well as complex capital transactions.

She also advises on a range of infrastructure matters, including works access and easement arrangements, telecommunications tower licensing, major infrastructure maintenance and funding arrangements as well as real estate aspects of master plan developments and ancillary matters.
