Anita is a finance lawyer qualified in Singapore, England & Wales and New York, with experience advising financial institutions, corporates and individuals on a range of project finance, structured finance, debt capital markets and debt restructuring transactions.
Anita has advised major listed companies, property developers, government-linked funds, multinational banks and high-net-worth individuals on landmark Singapore, English and Australian law-governed transactions. Her experience includes one of the largest debt capital markets transactions in the United States, the largest take-private deal in the offshore wind energy services sector in the Asia-Pacific region, the restructuring of and investment into one of the world's largest container shipping lines and the A$820 million syndicated green loan financing of a major Australian solar and battery energy storage portfolio.
