Andrew has over 11 years’ experience as a litigator. He specialises in complex and high-stakes commercial litigation, formal insolvency, restructuring and turnaround engagements.
Andrew regularly advises Australian and international corporations (both public and private), major banks and non-bank financial institutions, market-leading insolvency practitioners and high net-worth individuals in relation to commercial disputes, financial services litigation, restructurings and external administrations.
He has worked with a broad range of clients across various industries, most notably financial services, private equity, transport and logistics, energy and resources, aviation, telecommunications, commercial property and consumer goods. Andrew also has a particular interest in the sports and entertainment industry.
Andrew holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management at UNSW (part of which was completed at Yale School of Management and London Business School).
He is a member of the Australian Turnaround Management Association and Australian and New Zealand Sports Law Association.
Andrew is also a director of a national Paralympics sporting organisation, where he oversees the legal, integrity and compliance functions for the sport in Australia.
