Anastasia is an experienced real estate lawyer who has acted for a wide range of clients including institutional investors, publicly listed companies, financial institutions and developers in relation to acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets.
Anastasia also advises landlords and tenants on the leasing of commercial, industrial and retail properties. She regularly negotiates and advises on complex industrial, commercial and retail leases including ancillary documents such as agreements for lease and incentive deeds.
