Allan is a leading litigation lawyer in Papua New Guinea, with in-depth local knowledge, general commercial experience and a long standing presence in the PNG courts.

Allan’s general practice has a particular focus in the mining, energy and resource, banking and finance, insolvency, insurance and superannuation sectors.

Over the years, he has advised and assisted clients in litigation involving corporate liquidations, environmental claims, industrial/employment disputes, challenges to administrative decisions and fraud-related claims.

Allan is a Councillor of the Council of the Papua New Guinea Law Society.
