A commercial litigation expert, Alicia specialises in insolvency, restructuring and banking litigation. 

She has extensive experience delivering practical and timely advice to insolvency practitioners, financiers, boards and creditors in connection with restructurings, workouts or formal insolvency arrangements.

Alicia also advises corporates and individuals in relation to reputational and strategic litigation, including misleading and deceptive conduct claims, shareholder disputes and debt recovery. 

Drawing on her expertise applying advanced legal technologies in managing complex disputes along with her in-house experience, Alicia delivers strategic and tailored client service. 

Alicia is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Victoria (WIRV).
