Alannah’s diverse practice includes both advisory and litigious work across the public and private sectors in employment, industrial relations and discrimination law.
She has particular expertise in employment and discrimination litigation, and regularly acts for employers in matters before the Federal Court of Australia, the Fair Work Commission and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Alannah has previously been seconded to the Royal Commission into Family Violence, where she was a key member of the legal team assisting the Commissioners, and to the role of Legal Counsel (Workplace Relations) at Spotless Group, where she advised senior stakeholders on a diverse range of general employment matters, industrial disputes and regulatory compliance issues.
