Abhi specialises in contentious insolvency matters and commercial disputes, regularly acting for insolvency practitioners, institutional investors, lenders and creditors.
He has considerable experience advising on complex enforcement and asset recovery matters, cross-border insolvency matters, PPSA disputes and directors’ duties issues. He also assists clients navigating complex commercial disputes as well as advising on contentious and distressed restructuring.
Abhi is a member of the Australian Restructuring Turnaround and Insolvency Association (ARITA) and has recently been appointed to the ARITA Young Professionals Committee. He has previously worked within the insolvency and restructuring team of a national accounting firm.
