He acts for strategic and financial investors on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and project development, with a particular focus on the energy transition, critical minerals and the AI infrastructure buildout. He was previously a partner in the global energy and infrastructure practice of a leading American law firm in London.
Anthony is admitted as a solicitor in Australia, Hong Kong and England and Wales. He is a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators and the Energy and Resources Law Association.
