Australia’s leading independent law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, has advised Quadrant Private Equity (Quadrant) on its investment in Seertech Holdings (Seertech), the first investment by Quadrant Growth Fund 2.

Seertech delivers learning and compliance management software to enterprise customers globally, in industries including technology, financial services, mining, transport, healthcare and government.

The acquisition of Seertech is the first investment by the Quadrant Growth Fund 2, which raised $530 million and closed earlier this month. Quadrant is one of Australia’s leading private equity firms.

Corrs advised on all aspects of the transaction, leveraging the combined expertise of the Corrs’ Private Equity, Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Employment teams. The matter was led by Ricky Casali (Partner), supported by Harry White (Lawyer) and Eugenia Kolivos (Partner), Chris Bell (Senior Associate), Michael Joffe (Senior Associate) and Alexander Mau (Associate).
