Acted for TfNSW on the voluntary planning agreement and project delivery agreement for the proposed redevelopment of One Carrington Street and upgrade to the Wynyard Station concourse.
This work involved draft a project delivery agreement and planning agreement (and various other associated documents) to document the delivery of the proposed works, addressing various complex project risks, including interfaces with other major transport infrastructure projects happening simultaneously and passenger safety and access issues during the proposed works.
