This involved acting in a planning and environment appeal, advising on a State government call in of the project and advising on civil disruption issues associated with the local Greens Councillor.
Also acted in facilitating the master planning and infrastructure planning of the A$900 million Yaroomba Beach project on the Sunshine Coast. This project comprises a 5-star 220 room Westin Coolum Resort & Spa, 753 apartments, residential dwellings and 2770m2 of retail.
