Advised on GST aspects of the Queen’s Wharf Integrated Resort project for the transformation of the Brisbane CBD. Provided strategic advice to government to ensure that tax risk associated with the private sector bidders’ structures for delivering the project was taken into account when evaluating competing bids for the Project.
