Acted in procuring a purpose built, award winning office building in the Melbourne Docklands precinct. The deal involved NAB leasing over 60,000 m2 of commercial office space for an initial term of 15 years with options to extend for two further terms of 5 years. Corrs partnered with NAB from the inception of the deal and our involvement has enabled us to continually add value to this important office project for NAB.
