Advised a syndicate of 15 lenders on the refinancing of a A$1.5 billion bank guarantee facility with a sustainability-linked loan, for infrastructure and building developer John Holland. Additionally, advised two of the syndicate lenders in relation to their respective bilateral bank guarantee facilities provided to John Holland.
