Advised Howard Smith Wharves on all construction aspects of this A$100 million+ project in Brisbane, including consultant appointments and the construction contracts for the hotel design and construction and precinct development. This has included working with the project team to develop separate contracts for different stages of the project, and to manage risk allocation and interface responsibility (including where there is split responsibility for sections of the same structure).
