Advised ESR, a portfolio company of global private equity house Warburg Pincus, on various transactions, including ESR’s unsolicited A$755m takeover of Propertylink Group Limited and ESR’s acquisition of Commercial & Industrial Property Pty Ltd, a property development and construction business, from Charter Hall and founding members for A$102.5 million.
