Corrs acted for Coles Group in relation to the delivery of two new ambient automated distribution centres in Sydney and Brisbane. We advised on the procurement, negotiation and finalisation of two supply contracts for each site entered with Witron Australia Limited requiring the design, supply, delivery, installation, construction and commissioning of the A$950 million automation works.
