Acted for Coles Group in relation to the delivery of two new ambient automated distribution centres in Sydney and Brisbane with a total capital value of A$950 million. We advised on the procurement, negotiation and finalisation of two supply contracts entered with Witron Australia Limited for each site. The supply involves the design, supply, delivery, installation, construction and commissioning of automation works. We also advised on arrangements with the site developer including leasing and warehouse construction.
