Advised the ACEREZ Partnership (ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy) on its successful bid to develop the transmission network infrastructure for Australia’s first Renewable Energy Zone, under a regulated concession model.
Advising ACEREZ as Network Operator on delivery and the multi-billion dollar project financing arrangements, including bank debt and CEFC funding. The project won PFI’s Asia Pacific Power Deal of the Year 2025 and APLMA’s Syndicated Project Finance Deal of the Year 2025.
The project won the 2026 Advisory Excellence Award at Infrastructure Partnerships Australia's 2026 National Infrastructure Awards, PFI’s Asia Pacific Power Deal of the Year 2025, and APLMA’s Syndicated Project Finance Deal of the Year 2025.
