Advised CBS in its bid to acquire the Ten Network out of voluntary administration. CBS was a major creditor of Ten as a major content supplier. The bid was challenged by other creditors, with the NSW Supreme Court ruling in CBS's favour. Corrs also acted for CBS in the financing, restructuring and merger clearance aspects of the transaction.
