- acquisition of a portfolio of office buildings from GE Capital
- acquisition of a portfolio of 10 industrial assets from an Australian investor/manager and establishment of an industrial fund
- sale and leaseback acquisition of a portfolio of 10 logistics assets
- acquisition of a 50% interest in South Cross Towers from Brookfield
- acquisition of a 25 interest in the ANZ/HSF head office
- acquisition and disposal of dozens of other office, retail and industrial assets.
