Advised Bank of New York Mellon on various securitisation matters, including in relation to its roles as Trustee, Security Trustee, Backup Servicer and Custodian (among others), in connection with multiple Pepper Money asset-backed securitisation transactions, involving the issuance of over A$5 billion in aggregate of asset-backed notes and other securities across Pepper’s securitisation vehicles.
