This included advising on complex FIRB approval process and all consortium arrangements.

Advising Australian civil construction group Seymour Whyte Limited on all aspects of its takeover by global construction group VINCI for A$115 million by scheme of arrangement.

Representing Australian oil and gas developer Dart Energy Limited in an A$211 million scrip-for-scrip acquisition by UK AIM-listed Gas Energy PLC, by scheme of arrangement.
