Tom is an energy and resources specialist with particular expertise in major energy transmission, energy generation, mining, and oil and gas projects and transactions.
Tom advises project developers, governments, mining and energy companies and contractors on joint ventures, project development, procurement, government agreements and acquisitions and disposals across the full project cycle.
Tom also has experience advising on complex and high value disputes employing various forms of dispute resolution, including international arbitration, litigation, mediation and adjudication.
Tom is a member of the Clean Energy Council Wind Directorate and the Society of Construction Law Australia, and a Tribunal Chair of the Western Australian Cricket Association WA Premier Cricket Tribunal.
