Thomas is a Senior Associate in the Sydney Class Actions and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He specialises in large scale class actions, regulatory proceedings and investigations, as well as disputes involving complex questions of corporations and private international law.
He has assisted in representing clients as diverse as Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, Ernst & Young and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
Thomas was awarded the Juris Doctor Medal for graduating first in his cohort at UNSW, also placing first for Competition Law, Insurance Law, Court Processes, Evidence, and Federal Constitutional Law.
In 2019, he served as Associate to the Hon. Justice Kathleen Farrell of the Federal Court of Australia.
