An experienced environment and planning lawyer, Samantha works for private sector and government clients across a range of litigious, advisory and transactional environment and planning matters.
Samantha is skilled at advising on compulsory acquisition, voluntary planning agreements, contamination and biodiversity credit sale and purchase agreements, and has acted on a number of significant appeals in the NSW Land and Environment Court and Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining Corrs, Samantha was a tipstaff to the Hon Justice Biscoe and Hon Justice Moore in the NSW Land and Environment Court, where she became proficient in navigating Court processes.
