Pavithra has broad tax experience across a range of commercial property and corporate matters.
Her property experience includes structuring advice and implementation, advising on GST, stamp duty across all jurisdictions and land tax on new property developments, specialist disability housing and community housing.
Pavithra’s corporate experience includes advising on tax aspects of share sale and purchase agreements, employee share scheme including documentation on option plans, share plans and loan schemes and preparation of employee share scheme statements.
Pavithra is actively involved in Corrs’ pro bono and community initiatives and has worked with a number of charities with various focus areas, including the Homeless Persons’ Legal Service. She has previously been seconded to Stryker South Pacific, PayPal Giving Fund and Marrickville Legal Centre.
