An energy and resources specialist based in Port Moresby, Lisa provides corporate commercial advice, acts in conveyancing matters and advises on employment and industrial relations matters.
Lisa advises Papua New Guinean and international clients in the energy and resources, technology, manufacturing and retail sectors, and regularly provides corporate governance and compliance advice to Boards of Directors. She also has experience in share acquisitions and advising on aspects of securities law in Papua New Guinea.
Lisa is a member of the PNG Law Society and regularly contributes on behalf of the Port Moresby office to Corrs’ cultural and diversity initiatives.
