A property and real estate lawyer with a strong commercial focus, Lauren has experience across a range of property transactions, including complex agreements for lease, and leases of commercial, industrial and retail space. She also has experience in sales and acquisitions of commercial and industrial space, ‘off the plan’ residential sales and social housing projects.
Lauren’s particular areas of expertise include acting for corporate real estate clients on major head office pre-commitments of significant space, as well as acting for landlords and tenants across a range of commercial, retail and industrial premises. Her involvement from commencement of the procurement process through to negotiation and implementation of agreements for lease ensures transactions are properly structured from the outset.
Her project management skills have enabled her to have carriage of and successfully deliver a range of national projects, involving the restructure of freehold and leasehold property portfolios and the divestment of a range of commercial and residential properties.
