Kristian is an experienced disputes lawyer, specialising in the legal aspects of construction and engineering projects. He has extensive experience in various forms of dispute resolution, including arbitration, litigation, statutory adjudication and mediation. Kristian also advises clients in a ‘project counsel’ capacity, working alongside clients during the project delivery phase to offer advice on contractual issues as they arise.

Kristian regularly advises a diverse range of clients —including principals, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, professional consultants and developers — on complex, large-scale projects predominantly in the construction, infrastructure, energy and mining sectors.
