Joshua is an experienced litigator with a practice covering investigations, complex commercial disputes and risk advisory. He has a particular focus on ESG risk and mitigation including modern slavery, anti-bribery/corruption and sanctions.
Joshua advises Australian and international clients across a wide range of sectors including financial services, mining, construction, professional services and consumer goods. He also has considerable experience responding to regulatory investigations and conducting risk assessment for clients.
Joshua graduated with first class honours from Victoria University of Wellington, is a member of the Gilbert+ Tobin Centre for Public Law at UNSW and is currently undertaking his PhD in Law with a focus on human rights. He was previously a teaching fellow at UNSW and the University of Sydney.
