With over 16 years’ experience in Australia, the United Kingdom and France, Jodi advises clients on a broad range of competition law matters, including global merger clearances, competition and consumer law advice and investigations, market studies and inquiries, access to infrastructure and industry specific regimes, and anti-dumping investigations.
Her practice extends across numerous industry sectors, including digital platforms, telecommunications, financial services, infrastructure, agriculture, mining, energy, education and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Jodi has extensive experience managing ACCC investigations, multi-jurisdictional merger filings and clients’ involvement in industry-specific regulatory processes.
Jodi is a member of the Competition and Consumer Committee of the Law Society Council.

Acted for Glencore on the acquisition of a 49% interest in the HVO joint venture and its acquisition of an interest in the Hail Creek Joint Venture.
Acted for First Data Corporation on the sale of its ATM business to DC Payments.
Acted for a major barley exporter in regard to China’s investigation into whether Australian producers and exporters supplied barley to China in contravention of anti-dumping laws.
