With over 16 years’ experience in Australia, the United Kingdom and France, Jodi advises clients on a broad range of competition law matters, including global merger clearances, competition and consumer law advice and investigations, market studies and inquiries, access to infrastructure and industry specific regimes, and anti-dumping investigations.
Her practice extends across numerous industry sectors, including digital platforms, telecommunications, financial services, infrastructure, agriculture, mining, energy, education and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Jodi has extensive experience managing ACCC investigations, multi-jurisdictional merger filings and clients’ involvement in industry-specific regulatory processes.
Jodi is a member of the Competition and Consumer Committee of the Law Society Council.

- Acted for Telstra on the declaration of, and making of access determinations, for fixed line services, the domestic transmission capacity service and the mobile terminating access service.
- Advised Port Waratah Coal Services on its capacity allocation systems at the Port of Newcastle.

Acted for a major barley exporter in regard to China’s investigation into whether Australian producers and exporters supplied barley to China in contravention of anti-dumping laws.
