She advises on trade mark prosecution and brand strategy, including opposition proceedings, as well as registered designs, copyright, Australian Consumer Law issues, domain name disputes, intellectual property licensing, advertising standards complaints and confidential information claims.
Jennifer acts for Australian and international clients in diverse industries including retail, luxury goods, fashion and consumer products, heavy machinery, entertainment and media, food and beverage, technology and the university sector.
