Harrison is a commercial disputes lawyer with particular expertise in property and financial services disputes, and experience in complex, high-value litigation across a range of industries. He has acted for major Australian banks, professional services firms, insurers and resources companies.

His experience includes class actions, contractual and property disputes, claims involving alleged breaches of fiduciary duties (including directors’ duties), claims involving alleged breaches of trust, and government inquiries.

In addition to his legal practice, Harrison is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at The University of Sydney Law School, where he teaches advanced land law, equity and trusts and other commercial law subjects. He is the co-author of the third edition of The Essential Guide to Mortgage Law in Australia and has published in leading Australian law journals and other legal publications. Harrison also holds a Bachelor of Civil Law, a postgraduate law degree, from the University of Oxford.
