Eden specialises in commercial litigation, international arbitration and dispute resolution. She has extensive experience representing multinational corporations in complex investment treaty and commercial arbitrations, particularly in the energy, natural resources and mining sectors. She has acted for and against sovereign states and is highly experienced with ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC arbitral rules.

In addition to her practice, Eden advises on corporate disputes arising under Australian law and has an interest in space law and policy. She has also worked on cross-border disputes involving enforcement, annulment, and jurisdiction issues and has served as tribunal secretary. Eden has practised at leading international law firms in London and Frankfurt and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Dispute Resolution from Humboldt University. 

Eden is currently a member of the ACICA45 Steering Committee, has spoken at Paris and Australian Arbitration Weeks on space disputes, and is a contributing author to a recent Kluwer publication on International Arbitration in Practice. She is a dual-qualified lawyer, admitted to practise in Australia and England & Wales.
