Annabelle specialises in restructuring and turnaround, formal insolvency, banking and financial services litigation and general commercial litigation. She works for a broad range of clients across multiple jurisdictions and has experience acting in regulatory and investigations matters for both large corporate entities and regulators.
Annabelle advises on matters for major Australian banks, multinational accounting firms, large and medium size Australian corporations, financial services businesses and insolvency practitioners, and has a particular interest in the financial services and mining and petroleum industries.
Annabelle has completed an Advanced Certificate from the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association and University of Technology Sydney and is a current member of ARITA. She is also a member of Women In Restructuring Victoria, the Turnaround Management Association and was previously vice-chair of the TMA NextGen Victorian branch committee. Annabelle has undertaken a Women in Business course at the London Business School and is a senior lawyer and former team leader at Corrs’ pro bono Homeless Law clinic with Justice Connect in Melbourne.
