Blackstone
Acting for Blackstone on a number of Australia’s largest and most complex transactions with a value of over A$7 billion. They include:
- acquisition of 60 Margaret Street from PGIM;
- disposal of numerous shopping centres by unit sale;
- acquisition of a portfolio of office and industrial assets from the South Australian Motor Accident Commission;
- acquisition and leaseback of a portfolio of 10 industrial assets from cold storage business; and
- acquisition of a 50% interest in Southern Cross Towers from Brookfield.
Mirvac
Acting for Mirvac on numerous significant transactions and leasing matters including:
- disposal of Como Shopping Centre;
- disposal of a portfolio of commercial and retail assets to the Blackstone Group, including a 50% interest in Westpac Place, Sydney; and
- providing leasing services to Mirvac’s VIC and NSW office portfolio.
Amcor Limited
Advising on the sale of the former Alphington paper mill site for A$120 million to two separate developers for a staged mixed-use development.
National Australia Bank
Preparing and negotiating Agreement for Lease and lease documents for transactions including the renegotiation of the Bank's lease of 800 Bourke Street, Docklands, and 700 Bourke Street, Melbourne.

Advising on lease enforcement matters ranging from negotiations with landlords on centre redevelopments, performance of redevelopment works by David Jones and quiet enjoyment claims.
