Corrs enhances collaborative working culture with move to new premises

28 February 2013

Leading law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth this week signed an agreement with Leighton Properties as the anchor tenant in its prestigious new 567 Collins Street development in Melbourne.

The agreement follows Corrs’ decision to relocate its Sydney practice to the visionary new 8 Chifley Square in Sydney’s Central Business District.

‘Both buildings represent an opportunity for us to break away from the traditional closed-door paper-based culture of a legal firm and use new technologies and innovative workspaces to create a more collaborative flexible working environment,’ said Corrs Partner and CEO, John W.H. Denton AO.

Corrs’ Melbourne employees will benefit from 567 Collins’ extensive facilities, such as a health club, campus-style office space, child care centre and a cafe and retail component.

Corrs will relocate from its current space at 600 Bourke Street to occupy 8800m2 on levels 22 to 26 at 567 Collins Street when the building completes in 2015.
