Corrs boosts workplace relations with latest high profile partner appointment

Corrs Chambers Westgarth has made another strong move, strengthening its premium workplace relations capability with the appointment to partner of former Queensland Rail General Counsel, Nick Le Mare.

Nick has prominent business profile and strong market reputation in the area of workplace relations in Queensland. He is the latest high profile partner appointment for Corrs.

Nick will lead Corrs’ Queensland Workplace Relations team in Brisbane. He has extensive experience and a wealth of industry expertise in aviation, rail, coal and logistics, in both private practice and industry, having practised almost exclusively in workplace relations law since 1997.

Nick joins Corrs directly from Queensland Rail where he was General Counsel. Prior to Queensland Rail, Nick was General Manager Workplace Relations at Virgin Australia and before that he gathered more than a decade of experience in private practice at Ashurst and Corrs.
