some quality Face time
An important part of learning is doing real work with experienced lawyers on real matters. At Corrs you’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best legal practitioners in the country.
We create more day-to-day opportunities for graduates to work with partners and senior lawyers. We have also established a dedicated Graduate Work Shadowing Program that allows graduates to attend and observe partners on activities such as meetings with clients, barristers or witnesses, client phone calls and court appearances.
We believe strongly in the value of this hands-on approach to developing the knowledge and skills of our graduates, so we make the time for it. Graduates can shadow partners, senior associates and special counsel for up to 30 hours per rotation and allocate their time to a specific professional development time code. At some firms you are under pressure to reach billing targets. At Corrs, we want you to reach your potential.
