    Tritium

    Advised Tritium on its A$1.2 billion merger with Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation II and subsequent listing on the Nasdaq. This transaction was the first successful merger between an Australian company and a US SPAC.

    Finder Energy Holdings

    Advised Finder Energy, a Perth based oil and gas exploration and development company, on its IPO and listing on the ASX to fund planned exploration and development activities.

    Firebrick Pharma

    Advised Firebrick Pharma Limited, an Australian pharmaceutical company, on its IPO and listing on the ASX with a market capitalisation of approximately A$76 million at listing.

    ESR Group

    Advised ESR Pte. Ltd on the sale of a majority of its 17.12% stake in Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) valued at approximately A$190 million that was undertaken by way of a block trade underwritten by Morgan Stanley.
