We regularly conduct litigation in aid of arbitration and foreign court proceedings, including applications for conservatory measures to freeze assets or injunctive relief to stay parallel litigation.
We are at the forefront of some of the most high-profile public international law matters in our region, assisting governments and corporations with the resolution of highly complex cross-border disputes, including international boundary and maritime zone disputes (such as overlapping claims in the South China Sea) and assisting with associated treaty and commercial negotiations.
Our experience also includes the humanitarian sector and working with our clients to consider the human rights impacts of their operations, including advising on the impact of modern slavery legislation. We have experience across Africa, the Middle East, Europe and South East Asia.
