Workplace relations reform is on the Federal Government's agenda, with several bills currently before Parliament and a review of the Fair Work Act by the Productivity Commission to commence soon.
But there is some uncertainty about whether the new Senate will support the proposed changes. And employers are likely to push for further reforms in relation to key issues such as the content of agreements and bargaining for major infrastructure projects.
