Streamlining the sale and conveyancing process in Queensland

The Queensland Government investigation of ways to streamline the sale and conveyancing process in Queensland needs to address the disclosure requirements across all types of transactions. Currently, disclosure is required under an array of legislation and the real problem is that the existing disclosure requirements don’t provide any real protection for consumers and may actually confuse them.
