Not illegal but is it right?

Australian law allows the importation of genuine but unauthorised goods, even though another company may have exclusive rights to branded items. This parallel importation has long been difficult to stop and causes real damage to businesses and brands. IP expert Stephen Stern is calling on businesses to stand up for their rights because there is an opportunity to take action.
