New Infrastructure NSW Bill 2011

The Infrastructure NSW Bill 2011 (NSW) (the Bill) was introduced into the Legislative Assembly and received its second reading speech on 26 May 2011. The objective of the Bill is to establish a new government agency, "Infrastructure NSW", to centralise and coordinate planning for "major infrastructure projects" in NSW.
